Being in New York on September 11 is an interesting thing. The city seems to move at the same pace but there is a sense of reflection in the air. On my way to work this morning the firemen were all dressed in their official suits and lined up for their moments of silence in front of the firehouse. It is nice to see that nobody has forgotten the tragedy that happened.
Also at lunch time we went to a memorial concert on Park Ave. We only caught the end of it but they have dozens of these events around the city. It will be nice when ground zero is complete and the families will have a proper place to remember.
